Refunds
Refunds are generally accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you have any concerns, please contact our support team immediately. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
Non-Receipt of Parcel:
If your parcel has not been received within the normal shipping time, we will either refund your money or resend the order. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping addresses, failure to complete customs clearance, or other customer-related issues.
Shipping Delays:
In cases of extreme weather, postal delays, customs clearance issues, or local protests, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery. However, we will do our utmost to assist you.
Missing Items:
Ensure that all boxes have been received and check each one carefully, as small parts may become lodged in crevices or packing materials. If you still cannot find the missing item, please contact customer service immediately with details about the missing items and photos of the entire parcel. We will investigate the issue and check our warehouse records.

We accept returns of products purchased from us under the following conditions:
Condition of Items:
Returns must be made in their original packaging and in unopened condition, except for defective items. ESD- and moisture-sensitive products should not be opened unless under controlled conditions.
Return Eligibility:
Returns are normally accepted within 365 calendar days of the delivery date. If the return is due to "non-original, fake, or quality problems," a valid quality report from a third-party authority recognized by our company is required for the return and exchange.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for any customs or additional fees when returning items for reasons unrelated to our service, such as purchasing incorrect parts. Return freight charges must be prepaid, and we do not accept COD or return freight shipments.
